Black girl review - I love this restaurant so much. Their lunch deal is amazing and so is the dinner. The waiters are always so friendly. You are greeted with a smile. I can't fault anything. Food - great. Service - great ambience - great. I hope it stays this way.

Been twice before for set menu ..lunch / early dinnerThe Set price menu reasonable for priceTonight a la Carte…a La Overpriced!!Not even a bread roll to startA pathetic glass of chlorinated tap water served to start with .lthat was your lot!Friendly service but had to get up and serve wine to my own guests ..poor..albeit staff friendly not sure the service charge reasonableFresh delivered fish?Certainly not… the crab / prawn starter = lacking taste and obviously pre frozenMain course - pork belly/ scallop..tasty but very overpricedDauphinoise potatoes = undercooked or just al dente??Steak rare? Roast potatoes fried not roasted. Yorkshire puddings greasy. Chips anemic. Nosey venue. The staff were friendly enough. Too expensive. Disappointed.

Lunch menu great value, good selections. A la carte menu is good also. Great atmosphere. Try a “Bird Cage” for four people. Plenty of parking.
