We had a wonderful Sunday meal at The Thatchers today, our group of 16 was warmly welcomed and seated around a perfect large table in our own area to one side of the bar. The wait staff were attentive and we were served quickly and looked after throughout. The food was also so delicious, and huge portions, it was a feast! Huge thanks to Lisa and the team, look forward to our next visit!
Went here for food and football on a Wednesday evening whilst staying down the road at the De Rougemont Hotel.Great service, tasty well priced food and 3 real ales on tap (Black Sheep V good).For sports fans just a warning that there is only 1 TV in the bar area, so if its busy you might be pushed to get a decent view.All in all enjoyed my visit.

Possibly the best Sunday lunch I have ever had. The food was sensational and I absolutely loved the atmosphere. Very relaxed and welcoming. We brought our dog with us and the staff made a big fuss of her. Service was amazing and we will definitely be back regularly. Perfect way to finish the weekend.
