We have been ordering from the Everest for 29 years now. It is the best Indian not only on Canvey but pretty much anywhere.They do the best Chicken Madras with real chicken pieces not this lower cheaper grade chicken which other restaurants use. It arrives quickly but now and again they may get the order wrong understandbly on busy weekend nights but it is soon rectified The lady that takes the telephone orders is so friendly. I wish they would open a restaurant upstairs.
