Staff were a bit like Covid had just begun, seemed very frightened even though most coffee shops are more relaxed now, scared if you got to close and kind of treated you like you were plague carriers. But they were friendly, food was nice, coffee brilliant and enjoyed my visit. Just going by coffee shops in my town of Hertfordshire. But on the whole the staff were very nice just a little bit to cautious.
Hands down the best place to go! The staff are just amazing! Every single member of staff are helpful, polite and a great laugh! The managers are great too! The management team has a great bond with their team and from a customers point of view that’s the best thing to see! I love this store!

This Costa is actually a let down. Generally the food and drinks are nice, that’s as standard. But the queue is usually really long any time of the day and the staff occasionally have trouble understanding you. Prefer the one at the Retail park but I still do like coming here.
