The staff in the drive through are very impatient, especially when children are involved. The chicken burger was tasteless, not very appetising at all. Will not be returning.

Great to have on the island, but it is clear that training is very much needed across the branch, whether that be from how to use the tills when providing one time codes via the app or general customer service. Whilst this isn't a representation on all staff, as I have had both an easy and smooth experience most of the time, it is keeping the consistency that is key.

Just had the worst mcdonalds delivery. Food cold and hot chocolate was more like hot water. And to add insult to injury the price has increased
By far the cleanest, quickest McDs I've ever eaten at. Food came out fast, well presented and tastey.

When me and my wife was there the management was rude the food was burnt the lobby was not clean woman with white hair was cleaning but was missing vital areas but worst of all we overheard employees talking about mice in the back area of the store and the store manager was rude and constantly shouted at employees and customers

Shocking terrible ordered food online hour later tuned up stone cold and half of the order missing called the store and explained this and Jordan told me he couldn’t do anything about this and to contact Uber. Uber didn’t pack my order so it wasn’t their fault my order was missing I offered to bring back the order so I could have a fresh one and to get what I was missing again told by Jordan I wasn’t allowed to do this as the people who pay him wouldn’t allow this end result McDonald’s canvey wouldn’t help and neither would Uber missing 2 kids meals out of 3 and one adult meal out of 3 £47 wasted never again am I going to be using McDonald’s canvey avoid this place everyone
