Always enjoy a cappachino with soya milk, service always good.I have been to all the Costa cafes in Chelmsford.All the staff are polite and friendly.The cheese and mushroom toasty is a favourite of mine. There is various coffee and tea options to have in or take away with a large selection of sandwich panini and similar products to have hot or cold. Also cakes, cookies and pastries which look lovely and fresh are available.
The staff are very friendly delivering high levels of customer service. Even while doing multiple things at once they still chat and laugh with the customer. Thery are clean and efficient, you are never waiting too long. Brilliant place to go!
