Excellent service, tasty food and the same warm welcome I've received every time no matter what staff are in - new or old.We ordered a bacon bap, a toastie and 2 drinks. The shop was fairly busy but service was quick enough to get everyone moving at a good speed, without missing any details or a polite word or 2! :)Regular customer here and will continue to be.Parking: Plenty of parking, no more than 20 yards from the door.

Nice Costa coffee with efficient staff who do their job well, coffee is good and it's one of the cleaner cafes. It's a very popular place.
I went into the Costa with a friend and my father. It was a busy day but the overall customer service was poor. I didn’t feel welcome at all. The barista was being short and blunt with me whilst I was ordering. Then proceeded to get two of the three drinks wrong as we had ordered to go, but the hot drink had been brought out in a mug, which another barista had caught an attitude when corrected on the mistake. Whilst the caramel frappe that had also been ordered alongside was made wrong (it came as just an iced coffee with no caramel whatsoever - it was dead). Not happy at all. Will not be returning.

Ordered through just eat from this costa on a few occasions. There is an item missing from order almost every time and they make no attempt to contact you to let you know your items are unavailable and to ask if you would like anything different. They just write on the receipt that it was out of stock, which then leaves you with no lunch and chasing for a refund. Can’t speak to service in store as haven’t been.

My daughter 'treated' me to lunch from here to cheer me up. She ordered via Deliveroo App. When our order arrived and we unpacked it we were surprised to find approx half our items missing. 2 of the items were possibly substitutes but no explanation one looked like a toasted sandwich with tomatoes(ordered mac and cheese) I can't eat tomato's as react with my medication. Luckily we managed to make a sandwich from items at home but not what was planned. I tried to ring the store to see if a bag had been left behind but when I rang the number from from Google maps got told phones were not available contact on line. We managed to get lunch sorted out. Not a great first order, not sure if it will be repeated. Last week we ordered from another well known coffee chain who did not have 2 items on our order we had a card for each item apologising for the lack and asking us to call in store for a free drink, this leaves a much more positive feeling about the whole experience than no explanation at all.Vegetarian options: According to menu these are availableParking: Last time I visited there was plenty of free parking it's part of an out of town centre shopping area
