It's a very nice coffee ☕but if you like me and have to use a mobility scooter you can't get across the road unless you ride through the shell garage and around the road which is very dangerous as the traffic cannot see you!!! All because there is no drop curb between the the garage and Costa coffee.

Great coffee and excellent customer service! I had a coconut latte and a delicious almond croissant. Cant wait to revisit it and sit in when I have a bit more time.

Welcoming. I like Costa coffee shops in general but I find this one excellent for business meetings. Location is great for a catch up. Motorcycle parking available is a plus.

Used the drive through! Was very fast, coffee tasted great, the two ladies serving where very polite and helpful! Would definitely recommend using this store

Costa coffee is a really comfortable setting to have a relaxing break from a busy work day. I have never had a problem at any of the Chelmsford branches but it only gets 4 stars because they've removed the sausage and caramelized onion toastie from their menu and that was the best.

Costa is Costa. I like this one off Essex Regiment Way as it's never too busy. Parking is limited though during busy periods. Great and friendly staff as always.
