Same experience in Dec after customer services reported that the area manager would pick the store manager up on this. In the process of getting our account deleted. Ordered vegan pizza, vegan side but sent non vegan stuff. If you have any regious or ethical requirements, you can't trust them.

Not a massive fan of toppings. I’m here for the cheese - Which seems to be MIA at this pizza joint. Decided to ask for double cheese and again the cheese was sprinkled on like a bit of salt and pepper. Then I look like a Karen for complaining. Avoid this place if you love cheese on your pizza.

Ordered Chicken feast pizza and SPICY bbq wings. Got NO chicken in my pizza at all and instead of spicy bbq wings got regular wings (no bbq sauce, no spice).

Significantly incorrect refund figure.I have been a customer here twice a month for the last 5 or so years.there have been some issues which have become more frequent recently. It is quite rare that items are missed or incorrect.However I have experienced this the last 3 times in a row. I wasnt worried when an item was slightly wrong but on my last order I did not receive an item at all. the delivery driver was good and called the store to arrange a refund of the missing item. However the refund i recieved was about 10% less than the cost of the item. it seemed to be randomly rounded down to a weird number.not great.
