Significantly incorrect refund figure.I have been a customer here twice a month for the last 5 or so years.there have been some issues which have become more frequent recently. It is quite rare that items are missed or incorrect.However I have experienced this the last 3 times in a row. I wasnt worried when an item was slightly wrong but on my last order I did not receive an item at all. the delivery driver was good and called the store to arrange a refund of the missing item....read full review
Delivery of pizza now take up to 2hrs. I ordered a pizza just before 7pm on monday the 12th December. By 20.30pm, pizza wasnt delivered, i called the pizza people back only to be told i need to wait another 40minutes, i asked for my refund. Please work on your delivery service.
Unfortunately the quality of the food has gone down hill, we used to order two or three times a month but then the Pizza was overly greasy, toppings started over an inch from the edge so a large one had the same amount of toppings that a medium one used to, the breaded chicken sides were cooked but the breading was moist and not crispy, the pizzas turned up soggy at the bottom and stuck to the top, to be honest a home economics class can do better.
