It’s a shame I didn’t catch the blonde lady with a fringes name who works Monday mornings, she was so rude to me and said she didn’t have enough change to give me and that was end of the conversation, considering I’m a hairdresser and deal with clients all day everyday is shocking how she dealt with it. She didn’t look in the other till to double check, she was rude and didn’t have customer service at all. For a big company that’s been around for some time, I would of thought your staff would know how to deal with customers Nicely

If you are looking for something for lunch or a nice treat then l would recommend coming here.. I would highly recommend the veggie sauage rolls and the Belgium buns!

Got a chicken bake this morning, at 840am, when I got bk to the van, realised it was frozen, .. not what you expect on a cold morning. Turn on the heater in the display cabinet..Please.. its not the same frozen.

Really disappointed , I never leave reviews as I know what it can do to a business. However! I am so disgusted and disappointed at how the lady thought it was ok to act and talk to my husband and son on a early Sunday morning!Tone of voice and saying we’ll what do you want then ! ( no baguettes or sausages or bacon ) because someone didn’t put ovens on . That wasn’t our fault and it was like 9.30 am so just asked for that like we normally would. To be spoken to in that manner with huffing and rolling of the eyes and then told to hurry up . It’s safe to say we won’t be returning in a hurry ! Manners cost nothing at all . My little boy whom had additional needs didn’t need that start to the day
