Absolutely amazing food. Been here twice this month. Good price and amazingly delicious food. So much opportunity to customise your food. There’s something for everyone. The staff are really nice and the food comes quite quickly. You also get the option to order from your phone or via a server. It is situated right in the town centre, perfect for visiting other places before or after. Would definitely do again.

Fast service , all orders correct, seated quickly for a table of 8. Wide range on the menu with new things this time we visited. The desserts menu could be expanded

Louie our greeter and server was fantastic, we walked in at 9:45 he had smiles and was so sweet food was great manager was lovely I didn’t catch the girls name that was serving when I went to the till but she was so sweet and lovely

Awful uncooked food. First time I thought, ''Hmmm chef having a bad day!\\\" Six Months later chef still having a friggin bad day. My ten chicken wings looked like they were just dipped in boiling water, covered in lemon \\u0026 herb sauce and boxed! Disgusting. Never again in Chelmsford.

After a terrible experience at TGIF we walked in to Nandos and were seated immediately, drinks were on the table within 5 minutes, food was served quickly and it was a lovely meal. Checked in on constantly by the wait staff. Overall an excellent experience, we will definitely be coming back in the future. Kids found a new favourite. Staff should be praised for the service they provided this evening.

Self service order at table app was a complete waste of 20 minutes as it failed to complete my order three times before I gave up on it.\\nThe Chicken wings I was served could have been grilled a little longer, they were cooked but still a little on the fleshy side. To say there was way to much Nando's salt on the fries would be an understatement and the presentation of plated food was underwhelming.\\nThe whole experience left me felling I should have gone somewhere else and will definitely make me think twice in future before visiting again.\\nThe staff whilst cheerful and polite all appeared to be young and unguideed.

That will teach me to review before they fulfill there promise, was waiting ages for our food, when questioned they said the ticket had been lost and would sort out ASAP, very apologetic and promised a voucher, as a way of apology, that was two weeks ago and still no email. Been forgotten twice!!

As expected, decent service and decent food. Went for the churrasco sauce but forgot I’d had it before and it’s not that enjoyable. The winter clementine spiced sauce was decent when it was around.

I ordered Nando’s and always call the restaurant to confirm my order and make amendments which you cannot do on the app. My server Izzy is always making sure my food comes proper taking my specific orders and Sofia the chef cooked my food to perfection. Thank you to the manager Tiago for always making sure his colleague take all customers requirements seriously. Best Nando’s ever!!!

I go to this nandos once a week and I'm never disappointed. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the food is always well done. Great value for money, would highly recommend

Nandos in Chelmsford we’re really accommodating to me this evening, I’m disabled and in a wheelchair. I asked the lovely Christina where the disabled toilets were and I was informed they are upstairs but the customer lift if our of order. I said that it was fine but Christina said she would check with her manager if I could be take up in the staff service lift.\\nSo she returned and escorted myself and my partner all the way up there and kindly waited for us so she could take us back downstairs.\\nThings like this and staff going the extra mile to help put disabled people like me is essential for a good dining experience. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Wanted to order online and collect, but for some reason the website wasn’t working, so I called and was told that it isn’t possible to order on the phone at all. Which is a stupid policy if something isn’t working (we did try from multiple devices). On top of that, only one member of the entire staff was wearing a mask, which is kind of disgusting given the current pandemic situation and made me not really want to eat the food..
