I had a filter coffee, it was unfortunately the worst filter coffee I have ever had. Nescafé at home was much nicer. It has gone right down hill since Diane left.

We called in here just for a drink. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, even though was still lunch time rush we were asked if it was drink in or takeaway. The server told us to go take a seat and he would bring our drinks over, which was a help being a wheelchair user. I was still trying to get close to the table when he brought the drinks over and he moved a chair to give me more room.

Monthly Subscription is a game changer for regular coffee drinkers! Up to 5 hot drinks a day, which makes it great value.

Had a really lovely fresh Salmon Sandwich ? and a lovely Coffee ☕ (which was nice and hot)
Staff are extremely polite and friendly, I’m really let down by the internet speeds in general at Pret. I can’t do any meaningful work sitting here with my coffee. It’s making me consider cancelling my Pret subscription and going elsewhere so I can work at my local coffee shop. I would love to know why Pret’s in general have such poor Wi-Fi connection speeds, is it throttled to limit people taking up seating space for extended periods? -

Quality of the smoothies gone and it used to be superb and natural.Few of my favourite drinks such as chai latte is made from syrup -not from the chai mixer.But the price is way more expensive
