We called in here just for a drink. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, even though was still lunch time rush we were asked if it was drink in or takeaway. The server told us to go take a seat and he would bring our drinks over, which was a help being a wheelchair user. I was still trying to get close to the table when he brought the drinks over and he moved a chair to give me more room.
Brilliant customer service and super speedy coffee making - a winning combination! The staff are really friendly and you are always greeted with a warm welcome. Thanks Pret team for making my early morning starts a little brighter!
