I have used this fish and chip shop for 6 years and had always found it to be good food with good service.We mostly phone our order through and go and collect the food tonite I was told that my order would be ready in 30mins. on arrival to collect my order I was told it will be another 15mins. I have had this issue in the past where I've gone in and had to wait for my order to be readyIts very frustrating yes the shop was busy but my order hadn't even started to be cooked.When finally I got my order there was no apology for the wait. I think the staff need to behave more professionally and could do with some customer service training.They have now lost my customI will be going elsewhere from now.

Here visiting family for the weekend & came across this fish & chip shop great friendly atmosphere the moment you walked in Menu choice perfect The only fish & chips shop in the area even does kebabs Nice size haddock ordered & cooked while you wait constant stream of customers but they are not flustered If you’re kept waiting when your order is ready an instant apology for keeping you waiting Very good value for money too. Highly recommend

Rarely do you find such a busy and friendly takeaway. Top service from all the staff. Ordered a small doner kebab, delicious chilli sauce, definitely will be returning very soon.
Good quality food. Good portion size. Happy people. Having lived in Great Bentley for 7 years, this Fish Shop is now my number one choice. Currently escaping our winter for 4 months in India. Going for fish and chips on the way home from Heathrow. Can't wait !!!!

It was good, although once we got home, had the wrong size fish and the chicken kebab Mediterranean mix was not a good portion, more salad than chicken.But cannot deny it was very good. Also when visited was very busy.
