Excellent Local Community Owned Pub.Regular events, live music, quiz nights, racing nights, occasional live sport, etc.No kitchen at the moment but regular food outlets attend setting up in the car park.Reasonable drink pricing and always a warm welcome.

An absolute must place to visit for food and drinks! We arrived for a big family and friends get together, greeted by very friendly staff at the door. The place itself is extremely clean and very warm and inviting. I speak on behalf of everyone when I say this, the food was absolutely gorgeous! Some of the best we've had! We can't wait to go back again. Thank you so much to the courthouse and you're amazing team!

We had a lovely lunch with friends, don't go by the menu you read on line as the special board is very good. We went on a Friday so you would expect lots of local fish, no fish and chips and we had the last three fish pies and that was midday so it could have been a bit disappointing for further guests.
