Visited Subway in Grays. Located nicely in town center.Lots of seating space, customer toilet, nice decoration, well maintained.Blown away by smell of freshly made bread, good customer service, maybe not 5 star but definitely more than 4 star.
Great customer service and fresh food. Massive dining space inside which is not common for the subway. Inside the high street and close to the station. Parking is available in the evening time. Highly recommended.

Ordered online and the sandwich came cold when I asked it to be toasted ,last week a 6inch came when I asked for a foot long so although food was nice instructions need to be paid attention too
