I had to order two tables and some bats and balls for our new table tennis club in 2019. No experience whatever. The level of advice and knowlege that I got over the phone was just something you don't find these days. They knew what they were talking about, they could provide precise measurements of the boxes so we could arrange storage before assembly, they were terrific. They were able to arrange to invoice the club for me. I returned in 2022 to get a third table and I order more balls from time to time. They are also good at recommending bats and balls that are appropriate for the usage and can advise either an expert or a novice player. When the time comes to replace a table (they are still going strong - Cornilleau) - this is where I will go.

I really appreciated the fact that Russell took the time to call me to answer my emailed queries on delivery. I ordered it and the table was delivered by 1130am the next day. Delivery was faultless. Carried through to the garden and we were given clear instructions on how to open the box - so as not to damage any of the components - and some tips on assembly. Post-assembly I had one minor query and Russell again took the time to call me and talk me though what I needed to do. All those involved with TTT.co.uk are obviously passionate and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Will gladly buy from them again.

Very nice website. Lots of helpful information gained. Ordered an outdoor table as we were essentially staying at home through the summer due to Covid restrictions.Table arrived with none of the usual delivery difficulties you get with the larger logistics companies.The instructions to build the table in plain English which was refreshing.The table has been used extensively throughout the summer and has been one of the best buys for all the family.This company is easy to order from, they follow up with telephone calls, it does make you feel like a really valued customer. Would highly recommend for a stress free purchase experience.
Absolutely brilliant company from start to finish. I wasn't sure on the difference between two tables, I emailed for advice and they replied quickly with great info. The office provided a great service from when I ordered, I was told the day that it would be delivered. Delivery men were excellent, very polite and helpful. The video of how to assemble the table was super useful and made the whole experience much quicker. I had a follow up question on how to clean the table and they again came back quickly with helpful info. Can't recommend this company enough.
