I stayed for one night at The Kicking Dickey and absolutely loved it. The ensuite room was comfortable, clean and spacious and on arrival I received the warmest welcome ever, I would definitely stay again! Amazing value for money.
We booked a room for one night prior to our flight. The room was very nice - in a separate annex in the beer garden, very clean and tidy. We had food which was fresh and delicious. The only thing that bothered us was that there was a humming/water running sound coming from the neighbour building behind one of the beds, which made it a bit challenging to go to sleep. But it wasn't too loud and my partner had brought ear plugs.Parking: Parking spaces in front of the pub.

I have only eaten there at lunch times, I go once a month with friends so I can't give an opinion of what it is like in the evenings. The food and the service is good with a very relaxed atmosphere- which we like. We are never pressured to vacate our table as we have found in other eateries!!!
