Shocking service having to wait in a parking bay for 10minutes for 2 cheese burgers at lunchtime. These items should be on the rack ready to go. £1 items.I could have understood if it was the big tasty or something special. By the time the cheese burgers had arrived the chicken nugget meal was cold. 2nd saturday afternoon in a tow this has happened Poor.

Got a delivery direct from the app, the bags were sealed and over half of our food was missing, called the store and they refused to help and said it was Ubers problem to fix, raised it with Uber and they have told us someone will be in touch in 6 - 12 hours to review a refund.

1/5. I was frustrated and annoyed they had got my order wrong. I asked for a plain burger, and it came out smothered in sauce. I didnt realise to i got home. I even checked with them as they gave it to me. This shouldnt be that hard to do.Parking: limited numbers

Usually no issues at all but today it was very quite morning school run, first breakfast good second the muffin was so hard and slightly burnt around the edges and chewing buy this time we were half way to school so couldn't go back what a waste of food/money couldn't eat the muffin hash brown was only just warm so today was very disappointing.My question is at why were this allowed to be rapped and passed to a customer?1. The person that made the muffin breakfast either wasn't bothered, didn't care or just busy talking and it slipped through.2. It's not the fault of the server at the end of the drive through as everything is then covered.3. To the person that put the breakfast together PLEASE remember this may be the only meal someone's getting that day. Just because it's a drive through the quality does not have to suffer. It wasn't nice at all.4. Had it been put together properly and hot I am sure it would of been YUMMY!

Ordered via the app. Waited for 15 minutes in store for order.nothing.they lost our order and then had to go back twice afterwards for things they forgot!!!! Food was cold and tasteless.coffee was cold.shame as it's our nearest

My only issue was after I ordered got the drinks and the ice creams and was then told I would have to wait for the rest of my order in which she said would be right out nearly 10 minutes later food arrives with nearly melted ice creams. Food was luke warm, not impressed at all.
