Ok branch, friendly staff,get the impression they either don't like you hanging around once you've consumed your beverage or they're house proud ??.I am very impressed that the management appears to read and take note of reviews,, unlike Costa at Cherry Orchard there they don't give a monkeys dangley bits about reviews .

Went in Sunday to get coffees on way to football. Guy was as rude as you like, left someone’s coffee on side after making it, sat there for about 5 minutes before a lady come asked if it was hers then stormed off. The guy didn’t understand what I asked for even though I was showing him it was advertised on screen behind him, just said they didn’t do it. Then but zero effort into making my coffees, just chucked it in cup and slapped a lid on.I won’t be returning it’s expensive enough, to have it made properly and with a bit of customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask for

The worst tasting coffee I’ve had out. Even the tea tastes bad. When I go here I now buy a bottle of fizzy drink instead.

I was disappointed to see that the toilet with baby changing facilities was closed the other day, leaving me with nowhere to change my baby. Other than that, great coffee and service as always.

Nice girl who served us, but was very tight with the whipped cream ( definitely wasn't 50p's worth) and no teaspoons! Toilet was a bit grim as well. Not the best Costa that I have visited.

Staff are by far the friendliest out of all the costas I've been to. Never wait long just a shame it's always a mess or dirty. Maybe they could use some extra staff?

Her service is exceptional in there, providing me a great customer experience, and giving me my hot chocolate as soon as she could. Thanks for the great service, I'll definitely be coming back!
This place is filthy. Glases, cups and mugs are dirty. Staff are friendly. We have been complaining about this for a year!

This was the dirtiest Costa I have ever had the misfortune to enter. I was meeting someone for work otherwise I'd have left immediately!The man serving was pleasant and my coffee ☕️ ok.The floor was filthy, dirty tables, the coffee machine looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the surfaces around this area were disgusting.Yuk!
