Nice girl who served us, but was very tight with the whipped cream ( definitely wasn't 50p's worth) and no teaspoons! Toilet was a bit grim as well. Not the best Costa that I have visited.
Hi, i would just like to praise a member of your staff in the costa at hockley. I think her name was Brooke. Her service is exceptional in there, providing me a great customer experience, and giving me my hot chocolate as soon as she could. Thanks for the great service, I'll definitely be coming back!
