“The staff at the Saffron were very polite and welcoming, food was amazing, we had chicken Pakkora for starter and a lovely Madas, best curry I’ve had for sometime.

“We called at 7:20 Friday on the odd chance we could get a table (not exp anything). They happened to have a table that was free until 8:30 and stated they had served the current tables and could serve us in that time of we were happy to eat in that timeframe.

When we arrived the waiter seated us and took our drinks order. He then returned and stated that he'd informed the kitchen to expedite our meals to ensure we had as much time as possible to eat.

The service was lightning fast, but didn't feel rushed. We finished up after around 40 minutes and spent the remaining time finishing our drinks. The consensus at the table was that the food was excellent.

It was ideal for our group that just wanted to have a nice meal, at short notice and get back to drinking!
