My Partner and I have been going to Star Cafe for 5years and have always enjoyed the 4 breakfast. Service is good but todaý the coffee was not hot. The bacon smothered in black bits was extremely salty.The meal was not up to standard.I spoke to waitress about the bacon.We ate it but it was cold.My partner complained when he paid because the meal did not taste fresh.Its a shame because it was my favourite Cafe and I don't think I want to visit again.

I have been a customer of this families cafe in Rayleigh & their previous one in Southend for more than 25yrs.Amazing family & staff tht all work so hard. Food always amazing.I can highly recommend everything in the menu. Food is made with Love and always served with a smile and friendly words.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps inside cafe and plenty of room to navigate.
