Always enjoy a Wimpy, brings back childhood memories. This is a good one with great food, fast service and always a friendly welcome. (Cheaper to order in person than to use an app, I saved about 10%)
A random visit to the Wimpey in Rayleigh with my 89 year old mum was a wise move and her first visit ever to Wimpey ..She had the fish and chips and loved it and I had the double quarter pounder with cheese and chips ! It was such a lovely surprise when our meal turned up hot fresh and looking exactly like the picture on the menu from which we had chosen.. the staff were friendly and efficient and the food cooked to perfection .. the restaurant was immaculately clean and welcoming.....read full review

Random visit to this particular Wimpy was actually heading out of Rayleigh and was planning on stopping in at Benfleet Wimpy but followed sat nav and brought me here by mistake, but i must say service and food was amazing!! Very polite and friendly staff very welcoming and accommodating! Best visit to a wimpy in a long time! Definitely be back for sure.
