Every time I order food from the Rayleigh store, the portions are tiny, well under what you get from other stores, it's like OCD'ness on portion control. Certainly feel that you are got getting value for money. I wil try to avoid the Rayleigh Store from now on.

I so love this place! The food and drink is very good, plenty of choice and very tasty. The staff are friendly and jolly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The service is very good and speedy. As for Mufizur, what a lovely young man he is! So helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Thankyou, Mufizur!

We ordered for delivery and one had hardly any chicken in it. We ordered 5 different subs and non of them were marked up, resulting in us having to open each sandwich to establish which one they were - simple mistake, but would have made the world of difference.I usually go in shop and order and never have a problem... So I will not be ordering for home delivery again.

We normally really like it but on this occasion my salad had barely any chicken in it which was disappointing as I was eating more lettice than anything else, and my husbands sub had barely any filling in the ends of the breadSo for the money it was not worth buying ?

My son goes here virtually every Saturday evening. It's usually the same guy serving and he's very friendly and very helpful. Food is very good too.
It's a Subway, so few surprises. But the staff are jolly, happy & quick to serve, rarely run out of anything and the place looks clean. Good social distancing / preventative measures in place considering sandwich fillings are on display.
