“Not been in a Nando’s for 18 months since they stole a full up rewards card from me, so fancied a trip into dodgy Southend, great service, good food £45 for 3 persons not cheap for fast food but acceptable, it does what it’s supposed to do.”

“We are on holiday in Southend and Food arrived very quickly. , hot and correct! We ordered table service and manager Ryan was fantastic, he’s the first person at a McDonald’s to check we had everything we needed and offered ketchup and sugars which never happens. Fantastic customer service!! All staff always looked happy in lobby and promptly cleaned tables and made sure there was always seating available. Again a rarity in McDonald’s.”

“I have used the Southchurch branch many times before but today I was based at one of the beach huts on Southend seafront so a venue with no actual address. I could give postcode of a very nearby cafe and the wonderful Southchurch branch took that and agreed to take my order. Around an hour later, I received phone call from delivery driver advising he was at the nearby cafe's post code and I was able to go and meet him. This finished our evening off perfectly with 2 lovely pizzas. Thank you Pizza Hut Southchurch, that was terrific customer service ???”

“Its kfc so the food is usually sublime. My only gripes are with just eat, either food items missing or foods cold. If you want a kfc go get it yourself or even better sit in.”
