Went to Nando’s and had the best dinner for my son’s 14th birthday. Food was quick, hot and lovely. We ordered a breast of chicken for my son my accident and it was immediately changed for the burger he wanted no questions asked. Fatima was our waitress and she made our night with her friendly happy service. Not been in a Nando’s for 18 months since they stole a full up rewards card from me, so fancied a trip into dodgy Southend, great service, good food £45 for 3 persons not cheap for fast food but acceptable, it does what it’s supposed to do.

I messed up an order and Claudia sorted it out so quickly for me ! What a lovely member of staff you have there , she was very patient and kind , and I noticed what a lovely atmosphere in this Nando's compared to the last time I visited years ago . She really deserves some praise !
