I messed up an order and Claudia sorted it out so quickly for me ! What a lovely member of staff you have there , she was very patient and kind , and I noticed what a lovely atmosphere in this Nando's compared to the last time I visited years ago . She really deserves some praise !

Went to Nando’s and had the best dinner for my son’s 14th birthday. Food was quick, hot and lovely. We ordered a breast of chicken for my son my accident and it was immediately changed for the burger he wanted no questions asked. Fatima was our waitress and she made our night with her friendly happy service. She couldn’t do enough for us and when she found out it was my son’s birthday even came out with a cake and candles singing happy birthday. Food was great but Fatima’s service was better very happy and wouldn’t even take a tip from us.

Not been in a Nando’s for 18 months since they stole a full up rewards card from me, so fancied a trip into dodgy Southend, great service, good food £45 for 3 persons not cheap for fast food but acceptable, it does what it’s supposed to do.

Excellent visit today the staff were amazing, couldn’t be more helpful, my granddaughter has several allergies and the the staff were excellent at accommodating her needs (we was a big group table of 11) and nothing was to much trouble. All the food was excellent an lovely visit enjoyed by all can’t wait to return

Having worked for Nandos in the late nineties in Savoy SA the quality of taste has changed. Visited the shop last Friday and ordered full plater chicken for my wife and two grandchildren. The was really dry and cold not to standard l know and used to. I guess I will not be going back soon. Totally different from what I was served in Nandos at Bedfordview in Johannesburg a month ago. Really disappointed because I know what really Nandos taste like not what l was served.

Loved the food, atmosphere and the friendly attitude of the staff.Went here after a long day out at the nearby children's park for dinner family friendly food. The place didn't disappoint and we all came out happy.Plenty of seating and a few car parking spaces outside. During busy times, I can imagine parking will be rather difficult. Do plan ahead of driving to this location.The frozen yogurt machine had stopped working but the staff were helpful enough.
