Sara came to our rescue when she knew we were looking for an emtpy room. As soon as she had a customer make a room cancellation she immediately came over to notify us and did everything she could to ensure that we had a place to stay. She was extremely polite and helpful throughout and we won’t forget her outstanding customer service and willingness to help those in a pickle. Well done Sara, and thank you so much!
An early flight and extended check-in time due to staff shortages meant I wanted to stay at Stansted the night before, neither of the hotels at the airport had a vacancy so I tried the off site alternative which necessitated a short shuttle bus ride at an additional £4 per person each way this service only runs every 30 minutes but it got me from the train station to the hotel and back the next morning successfully, but I was a lot more anxious abut missing my flight (for example...read full review

Everything about the hotel is great & always a great experience. I have stayed in this hotel numerious times each year before a very early morning flight or after a very late flight. It has always been so easy to check in & to my room for a great night's sleep.
