Hour and a half for cold

It’s the third time I ordered. First time perfect ! Second time, burger was cold but chips lovely. Unfortunately same again tonight. My order was delivered incredibly quick. The chips are a big portion, lovely and hot. But again, my chicken burger, although the chicken fillet in my burger was really thick and a good portion, it was again cold. Not luke warm, Cold and clearly cooked too soon before the chips. I had to microwave it. Given it’s the second time it’s happened I don’t know if I will order here again. I didnt Ask for a refund because I still ate it as I’m tired and don’t want to wait for a different meal or cook one.

Probably the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had.....and quite expensive, the fillet burger was tiny, half the size of the bun and very thin, the mayonnaise must’ve been watered down as it was dripping out all over the place, the fries where soggy and undercooked and the two pieces of chicken I received looked like they’d been hanging around for a while and where very greasy and overly moist, I couldn’t eat any of it, It went out for the seagulls the next day. The amount of times the cook went to the chest freezer that is visible from inside the shop I’m guessing that everything is frozen and then reheated. I Won’t be going back.

Lovely southern fried chicken and chips. Large pieces of chicken and well cooked crispy chips. Will definitely have some again.

I thought the quality of the chicken fillets I had was really good, had a lot more flavour than KFC and I saw them being made in front of me fresh. Would happily go again, can't comment on delivery times as in other reviews as I went to collect ?
Awful used to really like this place but chips are like cardboard chicken is soggy... Either it's changed hands or they have given up.

In the past this place has been good so we decided to go again 16-4-23 the hot wings have given everyone an upset tummy this place has really gone downhill it looks grubby aswell now such a shame as it used to be so much better .

GRAVY WATERY AND HAS LUMPS IN IT I WAS SICK FROM IT! the chips r very good but they have changed how the do the chicken nuggets so i don’t like them anymore,, the chicken is sometimes soggy

Food was really salty . We thrown it many times on the bin . Fired wings was very nice 2 years ago . But now it’s the worst food in Walton. The quality of food is going down day by day .
