I would strongly advise people to avoid this pub at all costs. And this is why.I took my disabled dad to the pub. Parked and wheeled him into the pub and organised him (not easy) by any means.Left the pub and 2 weeks later get a £60 parking fine!! Appealed this and provided receipt that we were pub customers. The parking company declined this as we did not register the car when arriving at the pub.NO-ONE asked us to do this. I then ring up the pub to politely ask for them to see if they can speak to the the parking company to have the charge removed.Answer a rude NO, and get told to 'F&&k' Off and slammed the phone down!Absolute disgrace. A money making racket. Not sure why would anyone want to eat or drink in this run down dump in the first place, but then to basically steal from their customers, and not care about disabled people too. Incredible.Wheelchair accessibility: Hardly accessible - be careful they will nail you for a parking fine for eating in their establishment if you do not register. But they wont reminder you to do this

As an Aussie and Kiwi who were passing through on our way to London, we were keen to find a pub for lunch so we could catch the Matildas vs Lionesses semifinal WWC. We ended up here and there was a big TV. We had walked in just after Sam Kerr scored her magnificent equaliser. Our accents were obvious and there was a friendly rivalry but everyone was a good sport. Beer and good egg omelettes softened the blow of England winning the game. All the best for the final!

Went to a wake in there yesterday. Beer was good. The food looked nice that was coming out of the kitchen. The beer was reasonably priced.nice friendly staff

Went in for a pint on the way home today ?. Some customer service training is in order. When I say hello to bar staff ( landlady I assume) then a hello back would be appreciated....not just a stare down like we are about to have a Duel.....no wonder there were only 2 people in there. As a business owner myself i can only think that you should be embarrassed by your service. I moved on to weatherspoons for a cheaper more friendly atmosphere ?
