As members of the Austin Healey Club South West we found ourselves in the position of having to find a new venue for our monthly ‘get together’ and annual meetings. What a find indeed! From the outset all of the staff have been helpful, friendly and accommodating - as well as a couple of meetings we have already held our AGM followed by 3 course dinner for all. Lovely chance find whilst passing. Friendly welcoming staff, and despite no chef, and apologies for the limited menu, one of the best Sunday luches we've had in a pub. Great local village pub, the people running it are very welcoming, the bar area is laid out nice the seating arrangement is nice with cosy little places to sit amongst the old beams. The food, though we didn't eat, looks delicious. And they do a great pint of Guinness. It has a real nice ambience with people chatting. Definitely a place to go in the summer with their outdoor area. If you are in the area, look it up. You won't be disappointed
