“Awesome old time pub, had lots of gluten free choice on menu, was very welcoming and you could smell the oldness of the pub when you walked through the door. Had a arkells 3B pint which was perfect. Asked if serving food and was told yes but only table free was behind bar in the walk way area which was still fantastic. Had gluten free fish and homemade chips and peas which was perfect, well done chef. Would highly recommend, staff very plesent and make you feel welcomeDietary restrictions: Lots to choose from for GF and veggieParking: Lots of spacesWheelchair accessibility: Good access for wheelchair and disabled toilet on same level”

“This is a lovely, traditional, cosy little village pub with very attentive and friendly staff, the menu offers a great choice of hearty home-cooked food, perfect for a family lunch, we loved it!”

“we stayed 2 knights this week never stayed before. A lovey old pub nice and clean very friendly staff room very nice. The bar area was nice friendly and warm drinks great.We had dinner on both nights and the food was delicious. Breakfast also very nice hot and fresh .Thanks for a great stay we will be back.Room 24 and 4. mick and Steve.”

“We recently had our Christmas lunch here, the food was lovely and the service was fantastic. There was a large group of us (nearly 30!) and Foston's Ash were excellent at managing a group of this size. They were also really helpful in the run-up while I was trying to organise the event. The lunch went really smoothly, from start to finish, and everyone really enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend!”
