My wife and I went to asda to collect a delivery, between my wife and myself we thought something was missing. We returned to the store and they couldn't have been more helpful. It turned out it was our mistake and they were so generous about us being quite wrong. They are a credit to the store and asda. Lovely women doing a difficult job.
Visited this morning and the frozen section had large amounts of products not restocked; weirdly though many of the ones in stock had 'out of stock' labels on in front of them. Generally the offers and placing of products is weird, for the frozen treats there are 3 seperate areas, 2 of those are 'special offers' but the offers seemed to be fairly random across shelves. So to make a 'buy 2 for £5' offer you'd have to worked across different shelf locations in between price reductions...read full review
