At 13 : 35 today driving up Tewkesbury road up towards town went over the hill down towards Tesco only to be confronted by an Asda van across both lanes having pulled out to turn right waiting for traffic the other side to clear(which before pulling out he could see the other side was not empty of traffic) this was just idiotic as traffic coming down this road over the hill can be doing at least 40 mph maybe you can tell your driver that bread and milk are not worth causing an accident.

I was very disappointed on my visit. Only one checkout was open with a trolley queue, at the same time 3 staff members were at the self serve and I was informed they would not open another checkout. How long are people with large trolleys of shopping supposed to wait? Self serve is fine for people with a basket but it appeared there was no interest in serving people who go in for a large weekly shop.

I used the car wash service on site and paid £35 for them to clean my car, unfortunately they power washed my car Matt’s and put them in soaking wet so now even 3 weeks later my car is soaked inside all the windows so I can’t see out and the water drips everywhere and now my car smells damp and nasty.

A large, spacious market, very well stocked with all kinds of products. The inside of the store is surprisingly clean and fragrant. The service is very nice and helpful, always willing to help. Sometimes it happens that in the evenings there are no goods on the shelves, but in the morning everything is usually replenished.

Nice open supermarket with huge car park & cheap petrol station.

Unfortunately not the best experience. Wanted to get breakfast. Was 7am so was only expecting grab and go. The coffee machine ran out of milk on the first coffee order. Alerted a member of staff who could not have cared less. Shrugged shoulders and walked away. Went over to customer service and was told it was the cafes problem which doesn’t open till 8.30. So no coffee. No lids for the large cups either for a colleague who decided to try a tea. Again the next member of staff passed the issue on saying try them over there! Clearly the staff are not happy to be serving people at 7am.The grab and go sandwich section was completely bare save for one Smokey bean and cheese wrap with a best before of today. So when I read reviews before coming that said it wasn’t well stocked I should have headed to Costa. At least they might have had coffee!

ASDA Cheltenham is a budget-friendly store that offers low prices and grocery delivery. My shopping experience was fine overall, but I did notice that a significant number of items on the shelves don't match the placecards and isle descriptions. The store offers a range of items, from household goods to food, DIY, and many others. If you’re looking for a bargain, ASDA Cheltenham might be worth checking out. I also noticed that there was only one staff at the till, with a long queue piled up, while other tills were unstaffed, frustrating some customers.

This must be the worst stocked supermarket in Cheltenham.Tonight was my 3rd attempt to shop on the way home and again there were so many empty shelves it looked like it was closing down!!Maybe it's better stocked earlier in the day but in the early evening it's more of a "grab & go" convenience store than a supermarket.

My wife and I went to asda to collect a delivery, between my wife and myself we thought something was missing. We returned to the store and they couldn't have been more helpful. It turned out it was our mistake and they were so generous about us being quite wrong. They are a credit to the store and asda. Lovely women doing a difficult job.

Visited this morning and the frozen section had large amounts of products not restocked; weirdly though many of the ones in stock had 'out of stock' labels on in front of them. Generally the offers and placing of products is weird, for the frozen treats there are 3 seperate areas, 2 of those are 'special offers' but the offers seemed to be fairly random across shelves. So to make a 'buy 2 for £5' offer you'd have to worked across different shelf locations in between price reductions and similar '2 for £4' offfers. It doesnt help that the labelling is outside of the freezer units and they weren't lit, so when I open the door to actually see whats there in the dark corners it's a pain trying to figure out what price or offer it could be in, constant opening and closing. It just made what would have been a 2 minute task in somewhere like Tescos into a 10 or 15 minutes of doubling back on myself to see I hadn't messed up.Also, I'm not sure if this is a difference between stores or what, but could not find tinned fish anywhere, all the tinned items seemed to be split among different aisles, it just seems weird to have like 3 partial shelves of tinned items across 3 aisles like this and most likely a 4th location that, for the life of me, I couldn't find. The products are good and the prices too, but my gosh the layout and placement baffles me.
