Expensive for what you get, especially when it takes so long to get your food, probably because it was full of delivery drivers waiting for orders. We then had things missing from our order. Food was cold by the time we got to eat.

Ordered an item on the screen in the store but when I got to the collection point they said it wasn't available. Said they weren't able to do refunds and I would have to choose something else even though there was nothing else I wanted.
