Soho always have lovely staff, I regularly pop in for lunch with a colleague. The guy who makes the jackets is so friendly and passionate about making it delicious for you, describing what extra steps he took etc. large portions as well.

Lovely place with good coffee.Don't understand how people in the reviews are complaining about paying a fiver for a toasty and half that for a tea - businesses have overheads! If you don't like it, stay at home and make it for yourself. These people need to remember that you are paying for the convenience, atmosphere, facilities, and the staff that are serving them, not just for the bread, sandwich fillings, and water.Rant over - keep up the hard work guys!

1 star less because they “don’t take cash” if I hadn’t had my daughter with me who I was treating for the day I would of taken my business elsewhere.However, once I paid with card.
