We order two burgers off of Uber eats and unfortunately they made us feel sick, and what’s worse is one of us actually threw up. I don’t know what’s wrong with this place and how they make the food but I’ve never had food make me feel ill like that.

The burgers were okay but certainly not worth the money. The way the food is wrapped and presented is extremely at odds with the cost. Three of us had burgers our fourth just had chips we paid £63 and were completely underwhelmed. What is all the fuss about?

Second time at Cheltenham Five Guys and both times were a superb experience. Amazing burgers and top quality service. In particular our server on both occasions was Adida (hope I have spelt the correctly). Perfect example of restaurant customer service. Keep it up and we will keep coming.

Very ordinary end expensive burgers without any flavours to remember. Big portion of fries and way better taste rather than other big fast food corporations. A big bonus for free peanuts. To long wait for your food. My chees was cold and not melted - come on guys! I did expect much more from you Five Guys.If you tell Five Guys are best burgers in NY - you havent tried a good burgers yet.

These burgers are so tasty and well worth the cost. Having the choice of toppings is such a good idea as it must save wasting food. Chips are delicious and I absolutely love the milk shakes. I highly recommend Five Guys.

Shout out to the Top Gs at Cheltenham Five Guys tonight for their handling of a very awkward (and unpleasant) customer. A guy bowls in after an issue with an Uber Eats delivery and starts tearing strips off people. All the staff couldn’t have handled it better. Super polite and helpful, far better than he deserved. You’ll always have my love and money (it’s literally the only fast food place my sons and I will ever go to) but from tonight, you also have my respect. Thanks for being awesome. ?

We stopped here for lunch today after doing some sightseeing around the city with a few people and I had heard of this place before. I love burgers anyway so I was really looking forward to it. I ordered a cheeseburger, small chips and a chocolate, salted caramel and vanilla milkshake with whipped cream. I went into collect it and the man said they was a few more chips in the bag than usual but when I opened the bag, they were spilling out! They were lovely chips but the burger was delicious with grilled onions, good cheese and amazing Pattie. It didn't take me long to finish it and I was certainly full up afterwards and the milkshake was one of the best I have ever had and it was definitely the best burger I have ever had. It didn't even feel like a fast food burger, it was more like a burger at a lovely restaurant somewhere. It was way bigger and better than McDonald's and you certainly get more chips than you do there, so much so we had to take the rest home as we couldn't even finish them all! It was incredibly lovely and I even said it was amazing too. I can't wait to come back to eat here again when I come back to the city in the future??Vegetarian options: My mum has a veggie sandwich which she thought was nice.
