Served by an assistant eating with extremely bads manner no please or thank you. She was not wearing a mask, her hands were in contact with her mouth then serving customers. In breach of covid regulations, absolutely dreadful customer service.

Third time stopping for a car wash unsuccessfully. An employee outside advises me that "no problem" I can use the carwash. Gone inside, stand the queue for a ticket. Blond cashier says car wash is not available. After I complained that this was my third attempt in the last two weeks and that her colleague just advised me that I could use the facility... instead of apologising she rudely told me that this is how the cookie crumbles and that her colleague surely didn't advise me because he doesn't speak English!!!... otherwise I love this petrol station, what not to like eh?!...

this morning I had worse experience to go to this petrol station because staff guy was looking drunk and I was can hear arguments from in side with his girlfriend because she is working there as well he is very very rude guy he start abusing me shouting on me like a mental without any reason and he was keep saying I'm pissed off today I'm regular customer at this place
