I have used Subway a lot and love the sandwiches. I have also got the app. I have well over 1000 points on my app where I can redeem it for a foot long sandwich. I’ve been to 3 stores in Cheltenham and EVERY SINGLE STORE says they can’t redeem it as their machine isn’t working (whatever that even means). Why offer the points if they are useless?

As a former Team leader in both the retail and health care sectors, I was incredibly impressed by the level of product knowledge and customer care from your in-store advisor ‘Aiden’ at the Cheltenham High Street Branch. Aiden took every care and went ‘Above and Beyond’ to fully explain the new sandwiches and advised on the meal deal options and allergens and created a welcoming and attentive atmosphere in store. Staff make the experience.. Hands down the worst staff I've come across... Woman comes out, asks me what I'd like as I say my order she sees her friend already paying at the till and just walks off mid sentence to say hi, has a 5min chat then comes bk to me and says what was that again.. No issue with people having a chat but at least say can you bare with me 1min before you walk off

Ordered via internet and given info that sandwich delivered, which was not the case. Tried to call shop as advised by website and found given number does not even exist. They really don't care.
I visited this morning and ordered food, I've never seen anyone put a sandwich together like that before. It looked as though it was being put together in disgust as the meat was just thrown onto the sandwich. The salad looked that dry it would've dried the ocean. All that served up with a friendly grimace. Thank you so much for the demonstration in not how to do customer service.

There were two guys who were soooo rude and impatient. They were rushing us to choose our options for the salad and pay in the counter at the same time when we were the only customers awhile ago. The Pakistani looking guy was so impolite with my friend and kept on addressing her “you” in a raised voice and it seems that he’s just racist because we're Asians. We’ve never encounter such experience as this in London. I would never suggest people to buy with such rude and racist employees. Just no. Definitely ruined our day!
