‘AIDEN’, cheltenham Highstreet branch. As a former Team leader in both the retail and health care sectors, I was incredibly impressed by the level of product knowledge and customer care from your in-store advisor ‘Aiden’ at the Cheltenham High Street Branch. My footlong sandwich was very scruffy but as most regular subway goers know, the quality really varies each time. Friendly staff but not spacious so don't go if you want to sit and eat.

Never disappointed with subway. Their selection is great, it's usually very well made and staff are again usually friendly. No bad experiences so far. This subway is very small with maybe 8 seats right by the queue/counter so advice is to eat out.
