Went in for some lunch and a drink. The first pint was awful but the waitress did replace it. Ordered 3 lunches, and one was wrong. Food was nice but nothing special.Waitress was ok , a smile would of been nice. Ended up paying more for food and drink because wasn't told about the lunch deal. Maybe on a different day things would of been better.

I have coeliac disease (like a gluten allergy for those who don’t know) so normally I would steer clear of pubs- but the staff at Yates have been phenomenal! They understand cross contamination, and have even sourced off-menu items so that I can still join in with my uni society Christmas meal! It really means the world to meet such friendly staff who go over and above to ensure the safety and happiness of their customers ?Dietary restrictions: Have a full allergen menu on hand (and a separate gluten free menu!)Understand cross-contamination and take it really seriously!

Yates cheltenham is the place to be this Christmas, walked in with a huge group for Christmas dinner, everything was amazing and everyone was super nice, from the bar to the table, the service was great, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend for Christmas events and regular everyday dining.

Thougherly enjoyed watching football on the big screenhere.Four people..four burgers four drinks £35.Staff were pleasant..atmosphere relaxed.No frills sports bar so exactly what's needed to sit back and enjoy the match.Can't knock it.thumbs up.
