Loved our visit here. The restaurant is in a stunning converted church building, giving it a dramatic and theatrical feel. The food was excellent and the service particularly good. It’s located in a lovely part of Cheltenham too. Would definitely recommend.Parking: Parking on street outside was free for two hours.

I found the service incredibly poor from one particular gentleman who was working today. I felt belittled and embarrassed when asking about the menu and would not recommend this place if you have any kind of dietary requirements. I have never been made to feel the way I was made to feel today when eating out. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.Dietary restrictions: As their website states, staff are unable to answer any questions about ingredients. Even down to the tomato sauce used to make the pizza topping. Quite unbelievable and really unwelcoming. You’re a bit stuck if, like I was, you’re with a large group and have to order something. The advice of phoning head office doesn’t work as no one answers the phone. Truly shocking and not at all inclusive of people with needs

Came here on a Monday evening. Lovely building and staff. We enjoyed our meals and also the atmosphere. Would recommend.

Had an early dinner here on Tuesday. Food was great and service was amazing too. Our waiter was super attentive, polite and nice. Really good experience. The restaurant is gorgeous too; the old church building is beautiful. We’ll definitely be back.

You come here for the atmosphere, not the food. The risotto was a lump, the garlic bread with mozzarella was on pizza dough and some of the sliced bits didn't have either mozzarella or garlic on them. Pizza's ok. The beef and Chianti ragu pasta didn't have much taste and was a bit dry.Not coming back.

Great venue, love that they have built a pizzeria inside a church building, beautiful place! Food is spot on everytime and the GF menu is fantastic. All staff seem so clued up about allergies and I always feel safe eating

Visited 02/03/24: thought hard about this review. The issues were rectified but think a 3 is a fair review considering the issue with the vouchers too.Accessible entrance round the side of the building with a ramp however the flooring is flagstones and uneven, slippery in the rain and when it’s dark it’s difficult but it’s manageable if you have someone with you. It was quiet and we were seated in a corner near to the disabled toilet for access. We booked a table though we could have walked in as it was so quiet.Ordered from the set menu and advised we had vouchers- nothing was mentioned- we ordered what we wanted and the server gave the impression she was new so she was nervous but she was lovely. Starter and main came with no issue. The starters were both nice though some meatballs were a bit hard but we would have them again, the pizzas were good and we had a box to take what we didn’t manage. The desserts however- we watched them get made as we can see the kitchen- they were then left on the top waiting for someone to serve them. When they arrived the ice cream element melted which was irritating because it was an hour before they closed so it’s not busy whatsoever… I started eating mine, eating the honeycomb and I cut the dough to put to my mouth and it stank of charcoal. I turned it over and it was black. Server was very apologetic and said that shouldn’t look like that- they redid the dessert (companion finished theirs in the meantime!) and when they brought it back I realised what I hadn’t with the first burnt dessert was missing elements- it didn’t come with the brownie or caramel sauce. So that was irritating. We wouldn’t have the same desserts again. Another server (maybe manager?) said he would get the dessert taken off the bill. Later he said no he couldn’t as it’s set menu but he was removing the drinks- brilliant! Then came to our with our vouchers, and were told they were not valid on set menu despite the vouchers and menu NOT stating this in the terms and conditions and we had already told them on being seated we would be using them. We couldn’t be bothered to argue in the end but it’s annoying- though just means we can return again and use them on the normal menu. The building itself is stunning and had the mishap with the desserts not happened it would be a 4 star- though fair play they rectified it and gave us our drinks comped.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible side entrance, flat flooring and lots of space

The worst experience. Passive aggressive manager who rolled her eyes many times at my friends im suprised she’s not dizzy. We popped in after work and it took them 3 hours until our puddings arrived. At this point it was too late for me to eat a sweet dessert. I asked the waiter what time they close he said not sure, not anytime soon? Ordered food only to be told 30 mins later it’s unavailable. We did complain, and the manager took £1.50 each off which was comical! The waitresses, who stroll around more focused on getting steps in then customer service. Terrible experience but funny

Despite reading all the poor reviews, our food was fine and the service very good. Wine was reasonably priced and good. What's not to like?
