The New Inn, Mayshill
Badminton Rd, Frampton Cotterell, BristolWe enjoyed our evening, the food was good and the restaurant lovely. Service was also good, although a bit slow given the restaurant was not full. My partner had steak and ale pie and said it was really tasty and the meat was great. I had sirloin steak, cooked as I requested. Only thing spoiled it was the mustard which came in sachets. I'll bring my own Colemans next time.

366 Church Rd, Frampton Cotterell, BristolI had my 10 year anniversary meal here on a Monday evening, which was very fortunate as it was steak night. The steak was cooked to perfection and the portion size wouldn’t leave you feeling hungry. The staff were very warm and friendly people in the general atmosphere of the establishment is one of comfort and authenticity.
Generously sized pub garden with ample seating for those sunny days.
I would highly recommend this establishment for a casual drink, family dining, and for that nostalgic feeling of how pubs are supposed to be

White Hart Inn
The White Hart Inn, High St, Iron Acton, BristolBooked for dinner here on Good Friday evening. The food was great We had 3 courses each. My husband is vegan so it is a rare occurrence that he gets to have 3 vegan courses all of them being a good size and very tasty. All 3 of the portion sizes for us both were ample & flavoursome. Great ambience & friendly service all round. It was our first visit, we will definitely be back for another visit soon.
