The White Horse
Bristol Rd, Hambrook, Winterbourne, BristolWhat a wonderful pub and food. We walked I and immediately were warmly greeted by the pub dog, closely followed by a human staff member who found us a table. The table was lovely atmosphere with candles on the tables and traditional decor. The menu was great good amount of choice but not to much. The wine was equally good. We were completely delighted when food came out. It looked scrumptious and tasted amazing. The waitress came out with a truly impressive tower of onion rings expertly balanced, I have to give her massive credit. Thought our me the human and canine staff checked we were happy without been intrusive. I highly recommend this pub for a meal or drink.Vegetarian options: Excellent tomato salad to start followed by a delicious veggie burger

1 High St, Winterbourne, BristolWent here for the first time this evening with a group of friends (approx 30). The staff (waiters, bar staff etc.) were very friendly, helpful and polite. Despite the large group they managed the courses well ensuring everyone had what they ordered. The food was great and most enjoyable. Good value for money too with ample portions.Recommended!Vegetarian options: Good selection of veggie dishes.
