“The cafe owner was just outstanding. I arrived just after closing and was offered a takeaway afternoon tea for 2. Excellent value and a delicious home baked scone with clotted cream, butter and preserve. What really prompted my review was the friendliness, and courtesy of service by the owner in going the extra mile. We tried 2 cafes earlier and been given short shrift. Cannot over recommend. Am making a point to revisit this lovely place ??”
