What a shame, used to be our go to Chinese delivery but this evening it was so disappointing. It all seemed to have been frozen and then reheated, spring rolls weren't crispy, satay chicken skewers tasted like they'd been microwaved, mains were salty and reheated. Should have checked the reviews first rather than relying on experience from a few months ago. Looks like other local takeaways get almost 5 star ratings so we'll try them next time.

Use to be my regular place to go however standards have certainly dropped. Especially inside the restaurant, cash only which is fine it's the food quality and the way the business has slowly gone downhill in regards to how it's run and kept clean.

Ordered crispy chicken in garlic sauces it was definitely not crispy chicken it was more like chicken in a sauce with veg not what was ordered also nit good ,the other meal that went in the bin was veg in oyster sauce which tasted of fish ?chow mien was just ok nothing as good as it used to be from here sorry won’t be ordering again and neither will my family ,that we’re really disappointed I feel the food wasn’t worth £70 maybe management has changed but it’s not like it was

I ordered a chicken curry, it must have been to a power plant as it didn't even look like a curry. It was a radioactive orange colour with no taste, also it turned out to be very thin strips of over cooked duck instead of the chicken I ordered.

Just terrible. We placed an order via justeat, 430pm, first of the day. Crispy duck and sweet n sour chicken.It was 100% leftovers from yesterday, disgraceful. Hard and dry duck, extra greasy from where you clearly re-heated it and it didn't absorb, and the chicken was crunchy due to it being stale. You should be shut down. You've just lost another customer.

Absolutely awful - gave my partner food poisoning after he said the food didn’t taste right. The chips are dry and the chicken chewy and dry. Personally we will never ever order from here again. Be careful!

This takeaway was recommended to us. The delivery was fast, food was piping hot and the quality was superb. There was lots of lean meat, huge king prawns, the meat fell off the ribs and the house special chow mein with bbq sauce was amazing. Thank you
I’m surprised to read a lot of negative reviews. Every time I’ve ordered from chopsticks the food has been spot on. I’ve ordered through just eat and it’s arrived on time (earlier than expected a few times). I would certainly recommend this Chinese.

Ordered delivery from just eat over 2 hours ago, food was labelled as delivered and just never turned up so sat here hungry and frustrated on new years eve... won't be ordering again

Absolutely awful service. Ordered food at 6pm and by 9pm still not delivered so drove down to see they had hundreds of orders piled up and only a few drivers. They was still accepting orders despite being over 3 hours behind with their deliveries. Very very irresponsible of them. The food though was good but totally let down by the staff. Yes it was NYE but if it gets too busy you can switch off the machine to stop orders flooding in.

After waiting 3 hours, calling many many times (constantly engaged), my husband had to drive out and after hearing the order hadn’t evening been processed, we cancelled the order. Restaurant full of other customers in a similar position, and yet they are still taking more orders. We appreciate it’s a particularly busy night, so expected a wait, but stop taking orders or limit them if you can’t keep up.
