Ordered food from here a few times. They usually forget something but this time it was £16 worth and while it turned up quickly the chips were cold and 2 items I ordered were missing. Missing my bites and my burger.

The worst McDonald’s I have ever visited, rude staff, had a wrong order delivered a few weeks ago, so decided in future to visit, again wrong order….. how hard can it be for the moron staff to put burger and chips in a bag ????.

Often use the drive thru with my elderly mum who loves a Mac D. Late mornings we usually get served by a lovely lady who is always helpful, efficient and multi tasking, I don't know how she does it. Rare to find someone who has time to exchange a few cheery words during a busy job but it makes all the difference. Never fails to offer great service. This one member of staff makes us select this branch over others. I hope she gets recognised for her hard work because working in Mac D's is a tough job, I know because I worked in one of their first UK branches back in the day!

I was very disappointed with the slow service as I had to walk out without my order due to a 30min wait time, while the staff was talking and all the food was piled up with no staff, I paid for my order and left with no food 31st oct

Ordered a simple breakfast muffin and hot drink waited over 5 minutes with no orders in front of me then got given the wrong food. Customers waiting at the till with no staff to serve. One of the worst McDonald restaurant I have ever been into

All I can really say is 40 mins wait for 2 ice cream and a donut to finish our meal. Ordered by app to table. No apology. Awful service with cheap youth workers. Will not rush back even if our local restaurant.

Macdonalds Bristol Rd is the worst Macdonalds in Gloucester. The service is slow…. the drive-in is a nightmare. The stock control is awful. Regardless of time of day or weather they always seem to be out of stock of Flurries, Frappes and Milk Shakes. They need to up their game or lose their customers to the BurgerKing recently opened over the road

I am a regular at McDonald’s in Hardwicke. Recently I have noticed a new lot of staff. They are very friendly, and the service is d so o much quicker than the Bristol road branch on Gloucester.

Had the best drive through experience at 11pm last night after being served by the best McDonalds employee EVER….Chris!! He made us laugh and smile from the moment he started taking our order. He was the most chilled, friendly and welcoming bloke and he just made the whole late night, long queue, drive through malarkey so much better. We got to the window to pay and he was just so nice, smiled for every second, asked how we were and wished us a pleasant evening and said he loved us all, and not in a weird way lol, but just because he is a lovely man. So nice to see genuinely happy people putting their real heart and soul into making customers happy. Will definitely go for late night Maccy D’s again if Chris is taking the orders ?
Most of the staff walk round in a daze and on their phones. Coffee in drive thru is like dish water. Food is always cold and are like cardboard. You can't call the store a fast food store

Got multiple things wrong and order and waited over 5 minutes to try and swap the items out. After being walked passed and looked at byt ignored. Rubbish customer service. Bit of food that were right was ok

I was glad to see that it wasn’t very busy inside as well as the drive-through.. so naturally was expecting my order to be ready fairly fast. 20 minutes I waited.. my order was waiting on the front counter for over 5 minutes. All this time I was waiting I could hear the manager shouting “well done team.. good work” like don’t get me wrong I think it’s awesome that she was being positive.. but why are you shouting this when you have 3 people waiting for their orders when the whole place was as dead as a cemetery? . Also the floor was so saturated in chip oil that staff were literally Ice ice skating around the massive chip fryer and front counter I thought someone was going to end up having a final destination moment. It was tense to watch.. the manager was skating for gold. Like hello? Health and safety ??♀️. It just seems that the place isn’t well managed. The manager seemed lovely to the staff but there’s more to managing a team than being nice... Anyway after a long ass shift at work I was so hungry and tired I just ate my cold meal in my car like the introvert I am.
