Often use the drive thru with my elderly mum who loves a Mac D. Late mornings we usually get served by a lovely lady who is always helpful, efficient and multi tasking, I don't know how she does it. Rare to find someone who has time to exchange a few cheery words during a busy job but it makes all the difference. Never fails to offer great service. I am a regular at McDonald’s in Hardwicke. Recently I have noticed a new lot of staff. They are very friendly, and the service is d so o much quicker than the Bristol road branch on Gloucester.

Had the best drive through experience at 11pm last night after being served by the best McDonalds employee EVER….Chris!! He made us laugh and smile from the moment he started taking our order. He was the most chilled, friendly and welcoming bloke and he just made the whole late night, long queue, drive through malarkey so much better.
